R- Rebecca Copp

D: Rebecca Copp Wellness, I see no reason not to.

R: I don't know. I've been like on the fence about what my company name should be and it's obvious.

D: Obvious is good.

R: Yeah.

D: One of the things that, that comes up in my, business mastermind all the time is, clear is better than clever.

R: Yeah.

D: It's one of those things where if your goal is to build a brand and some big empire that you want to sell off to somebody, then maybe don't use your name, use, something else.

R: Yeah. That's not my case.

D: You're, building a lifestyle business, something that is a lifestyle for the people that participate and one that's a lifestyle for you.

R: Right. Right.

D: So I think that is fantastic.

R: Okay.

D: Okay. Niche is actually, fitness, health.

R: Oh, yeah. Okay.

D: Well, being wellness.

R: Yeah. That's more of who am I talking to?

D: Yeah.

R: Gotcha.

D: And that's okay. Practical, achievable ways to integrate fitness and wellness into their hectic life. Let's leave it there. Website. Not yet. What makes you and your company different? I understand the struggles of a working mom in trying to balance it all. I provide flexible programming tailored to their individual needs and schedule. Okay. Ice cream. What's your flavor?

R: You know what? I don't even have a preference.

D: You're like, don't care. Just call me. Thank you very much.

R: Like most of like It's funny because everybody who knows me and my family, because we have a homemade ice cream shop downtown.

D: Okay.

R: Every time it's like night, I sat there like, are you going to get ice cream? I didn't see a picture of you guys having ice cream this week.

D: Yeah, you're what's going on? Are you guys okay? Is everybody okay? Yeah, there's no ice cream shop. Yeah, see, I feel like there's, there's some, something here that should be in that piece.

R: Okay.

D: Oh, my gosh. I love it. Love it. Love it. Love it. Fall is the best season. Okay. We are going to create a bio for Rebecca Copp that highlights what is unique about her in relationship to her business referenced in the chat above and also highlighting qualities about her that make her imminently hireable to her ideal client. Here is some info about Rebecca, please write a bio.

Tell me when you think of your voice like how you express yourself because I'm trying to think about how I would describe your voice, but is there an author somebody you follow or listen to? If the closest thing to the way I would talk is the way this person expresses themselves. Are you seeing this pop up?

R: Yeah.

D: Okay, I'm gonna copy this so that you can mark it up.

R: Okay.

D: And add more, you can cut things out for sure. But the goal of creating a great bio, I think is all the things that I wrote in that prompt is, we want to highlight why you.

R: Right

D: For your ideal client and sing your praises. So it's worth it to make sure that you, add in specific details where you can. One of the things that I have in mind. Is working with a particular company or like a person, you know, like I've worked with Maria Shriver, so she's in my bio, you know? So if it's a particular conference, if it's a particular, like the coach of the year award, like be proud of everything, put that in there. Okay, so that-

R: I was thinking like I didn't add,I didn't put in what make, I don't remember putting in being a mom. That makes me awesome.

D: Yeah, mom of two, like mom of two and, the more specific you can be about yourself, the more clearly your target audience can identify with you.

D: Right.

D: If I told you to go to the store and get tomato sauce, cause I'm making lasagna, in most grocery stores, there's a wall of tomato sauce. But if I said, I want you to get the rouse tomato marinara because it's super low sugar. And I don't want the little jar. I want the big jar. And it's usually about 13 bucks. They bring back that exact jar, right? Anybody that's into that sauce is going to be your person. So that's what we're trying to do is, is really call those things out. Okay. So let's go back to brand messaging.

R: Yeah. The, the bio, I didn't really, I didn't know how long it should be.

D: Yeah. So you'll end up having, when all is said and done, you'll probably have three different lengths.

R: Okay.

D: So you'll have one that's the whole enchilada, whatever that you decide that is.

R: Yeah.

D: You'll have the shorty one, which may even be as short as 150 characters. Almost like a Twitter, what are your three lines kind of thing. And then I usually try to do something that's around 250 words. Maybe up to 500, depending upon the thing. You're guesting on podcasts and things like that, they usually want the super short one, like the one line or they want that middle one, whereas on a, bio or on a book or something like that, you can go into a full length, something longer. And I'm not mad at putting everything in there, as long as it's relevant to your audience. So, sometimes people kind of go crazy, but they don't actually point it towards the person they're trying to reach.

R: Right.

D: When you're slimming down the whole thing, just think of that person, and then it'll help you trim.

R: Okay.

D: So I'm going to actually, I'm going to take this, even though this is a really long bio draft, I'm going to take it all anyway, and we're going to put it in here. And I'm going to leave the line that you wrote in there too, because I like that. Okay.

R: So these I just took from what we did last week, yeah. So yeah, I had a couple questions on this. First, what is a tickle point?

D: It could be something that, is adjacent to what they love. If you're somebody who's into wellness, maybe they love Real Housewives.

R: Okay.

D: You know what I mean? So it's, it's just another, think of it like facets on a diamond. It's like another turn that tells you a little bit more what that person's into. Like Hocus Pocus or Wizard of Oz or you know what I mean?

R: Yeah.

D: And then there was a you have one more question like that, too

R: Yeah, Professional attributes tools like what kind of

D: So for instance right now a tool that we're using is chat GPT.

R: Okay. I wasn't sure like what? What they're what you're looking for there.

D: So for them they might use.

R: They think she's a marketer. So she's a marketing manager in communications.

D: So some of that might matter to you. I'm trying to look at where things cross over. Let's say I'm your person, I'm much older, but, I use headspace.

R: Okay.

D:  use a meditation app. So there might be a meditation app. That's a good match for you.

R: Yeah.

D: Where you connect and it connects with them. I used to use a, an app called seconds. Cause I would do interval training and I would set it to do like 30 seconds, 15 seconds, like that kind of thing.

R: Yeah, I use WOT, workout of the day.

D: Okay.

R: Yeah.

D: Yeah. And they may use Apple workouts or, you know, that's what we're looking for in those, in that tools area and it could be tools that are specifically health and wellness related, but it also could be tools that support health and wellness, but aren't necessarily as on the nose.

R: Okay.

D: Because that way you can talk about that in your socials for them. you could write a blog post about how to use, workout of the day, or you could use a blog, do a blog post about how to set your timers to be able to support your workouts.

R: Okay.

D: Or make your, make your HIIT workouts easier using this tool, you know what I mean?

R: Yeah.

D: And you can even use AI to search that a little bit too, what are the top wellness and workout apps and see which ones resonate for you. Like you think resonate for you and for your audience. It's always about bringing you and your audience together with the third thing.

R: Right okay.

D: Cause it'll shave off a lot. Cause if we've made a list of all the top workout tools, I'm sure there's, tons, but how many of them are great for working moms? In the late thirties who are trying to squeeze in a workout in a sliver of time, you know what I mean?

R: Yeah.

D: And that helps to really dial this in.

R: Okay. Oh yeah, and then I didn't get to the who else could solve this problem for them.

D: Who else could solve this problem for them? So it could be specific workout apps, there's this company called OWL.

R: Okay.

D: I can't remember what OWL stands for. It's a gut health company. And that's where, that's where the, the world of bone broth began so it gives you an idea of who else could-

R: Yeah, I figured that I just didn't have time to, it was like the last thing I got to, I did all the easy stuff and then, just didn't have time for that.

D: I'm a busy mom. I just put that in why they would buy from you.

R: Okay.

D: Wait, let me just go back to the top here.

R: Oh, secret slang. I didn't realize I missed that.

D: Yeah. So this, this age group slay, yeah, yeah, you know, or whatever, whatever the phrases are that they use, but it also again helps this tool helps chat right for your person. Okay. Let's talk about the aspirational goal real quick. Confident, healthy, and have a harmonious life. I totally get it. Why do you work out?

R: There's lots of reasons so I work out because I like to feel strong I work out because it gets me in a good headspace. It sets the tone for my day it's a way to get frustrations out.

D: So, do you see how that is still pointing to this, but it's more legit?

R: Yep.

D: We're gonna use this as is and just keep going with it and then you can continue to refine it. I've rewritten mine, not rewritten, but like refined mine probably like four times already.

R: Okay.

D: Because you got to imagine of AI as your personal assistant. And if she was writing copy for you. You want to make sure that she really understands you and she really understands your person.

R: Right.

D: So again, the more specific you can get the better.

R: Yeah.

D: Because to be confident and healthy and have a harmonious family life, yes, we all want that.

R: Yeah, I get it now. Yep.

D: Right now I'm working out with you because I still want to be in motion as my kids and if I'm fortunate enough to live to see my grandkids, I want to be going up and down stairs and enjoying my life and living a healthy senior lifestyle. And I'm not a senior yet, but if I don't start now, that's real talk.

R: Right.

D: And if you write real talk, then people can join you. Okay. So homework is to refine your bio then I'll look through this and I'll, I'll mark up any other questions that I have.

R: Okay.

D: I think take the other names off of here. Like, let's just focus on your, person.

R: Right.

D: So we'll cut the other two clients. And then what you're going to do is go into chat. You're going to say, we're going to create some posts for this week.

R: Yep.

D: I'm going to give you my company information. Please give me three posts. Three social posts for this platform, and I'll, I'll send you that prompt too, Rebecca.

R: Okay. I'll see you next week.

D: Okay, take care.
