Hey, Hey. Hey, lovely listener. I'm so excited. Oh, my gosh. Today we are kicking it off with an inspiring and intimate coaching session. Featuring our client, Rebecca. Rebecca is in the early stages of starting her own personal training and wellness business. And she is navigating the complexities of branding. And client engagement and overcoming the overwhelming aspects of social media. And Rebecca's journey is a Testament to the courage and determination.
It takes to build a business from the ground up. And this is the real deal conversation. You're actually going to listen to our coaching session. We're working on Rebecca's branding and messaging. And to be clear, we're using AI tools like chat GPT to help streamline the process. So there are a lot of awkward pauses and moments where I'm talking really slow.
As I type a prompt. And when we produce this episode on YouTube, you'll be able to see what's actually on screen. But I think we really get there in the audio anyway. So hang in there. And I especially want you to listen in because we're creating her service packages and looking at different options for her.
So many things are happening in this episode, and I want you to have a front row seat. Because you'll hear her struggles and triumphs and it makes it really raw and relatable for every female founder. There is so much actionable advice and real-time problem solving in this episode. And I especially want you to hang in for the future episodes of this series, because you will not believe some of the twists and turns that we take. This is what it's like inside a powerful consulting and coaching relationship. And as a business owner, building your business, you probably know what I'm talking about. I know you get it.
So get ready for a wonderful first episode of this new series. Enjoy my conversation with Rebecca.
All right, so I did not get much done last week.
So I think I would like to do two weeks to get the work done, and then, our middle of that time to just be kind of like a check in with questions, if that's okay.
Yeah, that's great.
Okay.
So today, check in with questions?
Check in with questions, yeah.
So I honestly got a little overwhelmed with this, social media form.
Yeah. Okay. So let's just park that to the side for the moment and focus on the company info thing that I sent. Yes. Okay.
I haven't gotten to that yet. So I was going to work on that today.
Yeah. let's give that a little attention because then the social media stuff will be a little easier all right, so I'm going to be working on the branding, messaging, right? So, if I don't have a product yet, should I just kind of try and come up with some?
Well, let's use, AI to help you with that it'll go faster. So I'm using the paid version, the GPT four, but the 3. 5 works pretty good too. And that's the free version
So I'm going back to your ideal client that we came up with back here. With all of her, traits. Now we are working on service packages, like . training, personal training, and education. I'm going to say education so that maybe there's other stuff that you can do.
That's not just you working out with people.
Right.
Okay. So, I don't know, we'll see how this goes, just typing this out, but let's just see what it gives us and then we've got something to tweak. Oh, that's fun . I mean, we literally just did the seven day kick. Sorry. You just did it with me. These are look pretty good so far.
Yeah,
I like this because I mean, I think about this and I think about multiple people attending but The idea of rolling up to a, everybody gets a room at the, hotel or you, and just one person get a room at the hotel and you turn it into your personal spa playground, you know what I mean?
Yeah, yeah.
That's pretty fun. these are great. Can you suggest price points for each? The free giveaway? It's free. Yeah. Monthly subscription. Nice. Love it. And you could even do this core offer in a group setting too.
Right. Yeah. Those prices seem about accurate, I feel like.
Yeah. Nice. Okay. So, hold on one second. I'm just gonna copy paste this so that you, have this and then this is what you'll the thing that I sent you. So look at the company information sheet real quick and tell me, is there anything else that you're like, I don't know, you know, where are you stuck? What are the questions?
Yeah, so, I do not currently have a website. Is that something that I need to have right now, or?
No, where do you think your ideal clients are hanging out? Did we say Facebook?
Yeah.
So then what I would do, and you have a Facebook personal page already, right?
yep.
So then what I'd say is, you should create a Facebook business page.
Okay.
For your training and just turn, just basically turn that into your, website.
Okay.
Like you just send everybody there.
Okay. Yeah. That was my other question is if I should create a Facebook page because I can still post it on my personal but then My personal is private to the people who are, you know what I mean?
Like, like nobody else is going to see it except for those people who I want to see it anyway, but, um,
So is your, hold on one second. So if I go to the book of faces
Okay. So, because we are friends, I can see all of this. Yeah. Mm hmm. Yeah. Okay. This is super cute. So if I may, I would change this photo to just one of your face. Yep. Like a headshot. And then the same kind of idea for your business page. one of your face.
And then the photo that would go here, if you have a photograph of you, working out, but with other people. Okay. So that it, you can get that vibe of community. And does Motivity have a, page? It does, yeah. So is Motivity, is that, is that your business page? No, no, that was just something I was doing with a friend.
Right. That was the the bootcamp thing that you're doing? Okay. So then yeah, I would Create another business page. It's a leave motivity there, but create another business page.
You have a business page. Look at that. Look at it. Like you just reduced your to do list.
don't remember actually doing that. So that's awesome.
Yeah. So then we'll just take a little time to, you know. Yeah. Put it together. A little bit. Yeah. Cause then we'll be able to use that as like the core of you reaching out to other people.
Okay. So what other questions?
Okay, so the ideal client prep work. We did go through that. Um, it's saying, should I create two more based off of?
I don't think you need to. I would just keep it as Emily for now. So you can cut, just, just delete. Like take that page that I gave you. Yeah.
Make a copy of it as a template, so you can go back to it at some later date, so that if there are additional products or changes, or if you have other people you want to include, you can adjust it. but I think for now, just focus on the one.
Yeah, that's what I was thinking too, but I just wanted to ask. And I think that's I think that's it. The rest of it I feel like is, pretty much done. I just need to put
Yeah, because then once you have that, so how that gets used is once you have that filled out, and you put your narrative of who Rebecca is in there as well, then before you do anything with chat GPT, you copy that whole sheet, and paste it in there, and so you could say with chat, Okay. We're going to create, my social media content for the week. I'll give you information about my company clients, services, and then please create whatever you want to ask it to create.
Okay. That's awesome because I think we've talked about social media and like all of those things. I struggle. Like, I don't know what to post. I don't
Well, so let's, let's goof around with it real quick.
So there is, well, this is chat and we have your ideal client already in there. Right. Cause we've got all of her information above. So imagine that I've done what I told you is to copy paste everything in there So we have these services in there. We have the price points We have Emily's information because it's already part of the ongoing conversation so I'm gonna say we're going to create a week of social media posts that target Emily Johnson, please suggest five posts, and their format.
Sometimes I have to like think it through as I'm typing it.
Please create, suggest five posts in their formats that would speak to Emily all week and move her toward downloading one of my free products listed above. Please provide captions, relevant links,
formats, and timing of when to post. Let's see what happens. That's my favorite thing. Like every time I do something in chat GPT, I'm like, let's see what happens. Let's see what happens. . Carousel. Awesome. Mm hmm. Sound good? Mm hmm. And then, okay, so even with that, super helpful, you could literally just copy paste and decide you're not even gonna, think it through any harder than that, right? Right. So where do you get stuck next?
Okay, so this is when I have something to offer, so I need to get that. So leading up to that, we did a few posts for, like, two weeks of posts kind of just, talking to Emily.
You know what I mean? So should I, obviously should start with those.
You could start with this.
Okay.
the thing that you need is your freebie. Right. Like some version of your 7 day fitness kickstart for busy moms. Yeah. And we could use, okay, please create an outline. And ideas for cover art for the seven day fitness kickstart for moms, busy moms.
There we go.
what's your favorite women's magazine?
Could be home or, or, you know,
Women's day, better homes and gardens. yeah, those are probably the two I read the most.
Okay, of these, of these choices for cover art, Does 1, 2, 3, 4, which one of these, speaks to you the most?
Um,
I like number one, but I like how number two emphasizes the adaptability and, ease of Like being able to, yeah, that was a sloppy prompt, but let's see what, what it does. Does the 3D version create images? That I don't know. Okay,
because that's pretty awesome. Yeah,
I know sometimes it works. Sometimes it doesn't so let's see what happens.
Well, we tried. Yeah, but it gives you gives you a few different directions to try. you you've been in Canva before, right? You so even if you just, you know, in the photos area typed in women working out or something or women exercising or healthy women and just copy pasted a little collage just to see what it feels like, you know?
Mm hmm. That could be a good, a good starting point for it.
So, yeah, I mean, I think you're doing pretty good, and you, you've got the outline For the seven day kickstart. That's pretty awesome.
Then you can get going on, what you might include in that. And again, you can copy paste this and use, GPT to help write some of it for you.
Okay.
And at this point, like, I'd say just go for it,
to be clear, so between now and next time, just finish that company info piece. Like put everything together and review what you've got and tweak what you've got so that it's true to what you actually want to create
okay.
create from or create for.
Mm hmm.
And then if you want to zhuzh the Facebook page, great.
If you want to start working on this seven day kickstart freebie, great.
Okay.
Awesome. I will see you next week.
